Skill Techno – Policies

Privacy Policy

Skill Techno collects personal information such as name, phone number, email address, payment details, attendance data, recordings, and assignments solely for course delivery, communication, academic records, and service improvement.

            Live sessions may be recorded and shared only with enrolled students.
            By enrolling, users consent to data collection and recording.
        

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Data is not sold or shared with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if cancellation is requested within 48 hours AND course consumption does not exceed 25%.

            If either condition is not met, no refund will be given.
            No partial refunds are allowed.
        

Approved refunds are processed within 7–8 business days (excluding payment gateway fees).

If Skill Techno cancels a course, a full refund will be issued.

Terms & Conditions

Course access is non-transferable.

Recordings and materials are for personal use only.

Misuse, sharing, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

            Skill Techno reserves the right to modify schedules, trainers, or content when required.
            Missed classes will be compensated with recordings only.
        

All disputes are subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
